Today's Monday memory features Shirley K. Walker's early EMT training experience. It's a great reminder of how far we have come and what an asset women have become in the WFD! 💪

Today's WFFAA Monday Memory features a throw back to our first WFD Spaghetti Dinner, as told by our own Pat Edlund. She even included the original Spaghetti and Meatballs recipe - in case you need to feed a few hundred of your closest friends! Enjoy!

One of the most rewarding aspects of the WFFAA are the lifelong friendships that are cultivated through our shared experiences. Whenever two or more are gathered, the memories shared keep us connected and strengthen our bond. We laugh together, reflect together, and when someone is hurting or passes – we mourn together.
It is in this spirit that we are launching a new series on WFFAA.ORG, simply called Monday Memories. Beginning today, we will be sharing stories from our fire alumni on our Features page (under the News menu). We have a handful of older entries to get us started, but we would like YOU to help keep the memories alive.
Whether your memories involve Woodbury Fire/EMS or Police, we’d love for you to share your stories. Simply email WFFAA1961.com with the subject line “Share my Story”. We encourage you to include dates and names, as appropriate, and add pictures if you have them.
We look forward to hearing from you!
So - without further adieu, here is today's Monday Memory (wffaa.org/features/) featuring Dick Stehura (Di Stehura)

I love hearing about times like this. Stories like this are what built lifelong friendships, hours of laughter, and the legacy of WFD - keep them coming!
Great memory Dick!
